  • Arrival and Departure: Check in s available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • A bag drop off prior to 3:00 PM is always welcome. Check in times after 7:00 PM must be confirmed with a staff member prior to arrival.
  • Please note the cancellation policy prior to committing to a reservation.
  • Burlington's Willis Graves Bed and Breakfast is a small owner-operated property and every reservation is both special and important to us. We do understand that situations will arise and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.
  • In the event of a cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival no charge will be made. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival a cancellation charge equivalent to the room(s) single night rate will be made.
  • Guests failing to arrive without notification, may be responsible to a charge equivalent to the total reservation price.
  • If we are able to re-book the room, you will be refunded the entire amount unless the new booking does not cover the length of your original reservation in which case you are only responsible for the night or nights that were not re-booked.
  • Group bookings including a full house rental are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy.
  • Discounts will not apply if using any gift certificates other than one issued directly from Willis Graves.
  • We do accept gift certificates from BedandBreakfast.com, BnBFinder.com and iloveinns.com
  • Due to the safety of our guests and the buildings, anything that burns (candles, incense, smoking, etc.) is not allowed inside the buildings or on any of the porches. Smoking is only permitted in parking lot; all related debris must be disposed of properly. Those choosing to disregard this policy will be asked to turn in their key and leave without a refund. In addition, a substantial fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or burning is found during the stay or after departure. The fee will be determined based on the length of time needed for cleaning, equipment rental for odor removal, and any lost business.
  • A wireless network is in place on the property for WIFI Internet service. However, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected interruption in wireless service or guests' inability to connect.
  • Steps are present throughout the property, please contact us by phone if you have any limitations so that we can discuss whether the property and your room type is the right fit based on your needs.
  • We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicle or your possessions, unless proven to be caused by ourselves or our employees.
